My daily life is quite varied within the clinical department. I am in charge of the reflection on the clinical development of clinical development of onco-hematology studies and the writing of clinical protocols. In addition to that, I also interact with different departments such as the regulatory authorities, the operational team support, the preclinical department, the gutPrint® team, the production team, etc.”

I am responsible for the gutPrint® platform, which aims to extract a maximum of information and knowledge from metagenomics and other data generated by the clinic, pre-clinical, and pharmaceutical developments or from public databases. To do this, we make extensive use of sequencing technology and biological analyses that we exploit with the help of software also developed internally by the gutPrint® team or in collaboration.”
